Parenting Payment Single and Parenting Payment Partnered clients arrive at your service with a diverse range of issues and needs that are quite different to any other client group you currently assist. Many of the needs and issues that must be addressed in order to ensure a sustainable outcome, are quite unrelated to vocational activities. Such issues relating to parenting, changes in family dynamics, time management, behaviour management, self esteem, schooling, recreation, child care and so forth while, not normally part of the scope of vocational service providers, are matters that a parent returning to the workplace may need quite some assistance with if a successful return to paid employment is going to be sustained.

Family Focus Australia has been providing services to the most disadvantaged of parents and families for many years now. We are well acquainted with the unique needs, issues, and stresses confronting a parent returning to work after a long absence.

All of our training packages have been developed to conform with your contractual requirements with DEWR, the Employment Service Code of Conduct and the Service Guarantee. All client reports to your service are formatted in accordance with your process requirements and systems.

All personnel deployed by Family Focus Australia are duly qualified and experienced within their respective field, hold appropriate State clearance certification to work with children and young people and have undergone a Federal Criminal history check.
