Family Focus Australia Ltd is lead by a Board of Governing Directors whose wealth of business, service and community knowledge ensures the ongoing success of the Organisation's strategic direction, financial viability, and positive outcomes for the Australian families whom we serve.
The Board of Governing Directors meets monthly and is responsible for the strategic direction, policies, finances and quality of the Organisation's activities, staff and services.

COMMUNITY ADVISORY GROUPS
The Board of Governing Directors firmly believes that the strength of Family Focus Australia is its commitment to public consultation on activities and initiatives in order to guide the decision making processes of the Company.
But the Board also understands the increasing reluctance and concern of the general community to take on the legal responsibilities and liabilities associated with governance in our modern community.
For this reason the Board has established a number of Advisory Groups to enable broader community input into the direction of the Organisation without the legal encumbrance on participants.

To further assist the Board of Governing Directors in their decision making processes Family Focus Australia Ltd frequently conducts Focus Groups either through our website forum or at specific locations within the community. Focus Groups address specific questions, usually of a regional nature, in one or two meetings in order to provide the Board with better insight into the specific needs of the local community. Focus Group sessions are advertised through our website, newsletter and, where appropriate, local news papers. Focus Groups are open to any interested member of the community.
